Graduate credit instructions

AMNH fee: $445
3 graduate credits ($125 each) + fees: $530
Total: $975
  1. Register and pay for a Seminars on Science course at the AMNH website.

  2. Successful completion of a Seminars on Science course is based upon your AMNH instructor’s evaluation of your work. Only work that meets or exceeds expectations outlined in the course’s evaluation rubric will be considered for graduate credit.

  3. Complete registration instructions can be found at the NSU/Fischler website.

  4. Complete the Master of Science in Education admission application form and include a $50.00 nonrefundable application fee. (The fee required for processing.)  Sign and date the application form.

  5. Mail or fax the application along with an official bachelor’s or graduate degree transcript (with conferral) from a regionally accredited institution. Send the completed admission application form to:

    (Note: Please allow 2-3 business days for processing of your application. The NSU office will notify via U.S. mail you once you have been admitted.)

  6. Once you have completed the admission application form, complete the Student Transaction Form - AMNH (STF). Complete sections A and C, provide an email address and sign the form.  Fax the STF to the Office of Enrollment Services – Registration Department at (954) 262–2336.  Retain the STF for your records until you receive an email confirmation from a FSEHS Registration Representative.

Refund policy

If you are a degree-seeking student at one of our partner institutions, refunds will be given based upon your institution's written policy.

For all other students, refunds are given on the following schedule:

If course is dropped between registration and two weeks prior to course start, refund = 100%
If course is dropped between two weeks prior to course start and the first day of class, refund = 75%
If course is dropped during the first week of class, refund = 50%
If the course is dropped after the second week of class, there will be no refunds.
